They need to see the final accounts which will probably show there is nothing left unless assets can be frozen.Also if there was insurance which will help. It would certainly be a moral victory but a wind fall for Shareholders I doubt so I suggest they do it Pro Bono as it would be great PR and generate enormous good will for them. Also suing the auditors could also generate huge compensation.
