There has been a clear case of non-disclosure and arguably fraud here. The argument is that the reported profits were actually loans advanced by FC Capital with the business used as security. Now they did disclose the security arrangement but very late in the game, and the rest has just come out from the media.
At this stage, we are all just waiting on the sidelines to find out whats happening.
