BIG had $14,000 cash in their accounts before the suspension. The rest was held as security for FC Capital. What other assets do BIG have?
Any class action and subsequent distribution requires the company to have assets that can be liquidated for $$. Is their "library" of videos really worth $15-30mill?
As a reference.. SGH class action has now concluded (3 years after beginning). Out of nearly a $40,000 capital loss I have received just under $700 as my entitlement from the settlement. Retail holders are bottom of the food chain..
