My thoughts and Im not a lawyer:
1) No, but we will need to wait for the outcome of the receivers I assume. At this stage nobody has any idea what is actually left in the company.
2) Gadens, would be my personal go to, but only because I have used them before and they are as good as any of them.
3) Yes, we would need to convince a firm to take the case, get external funding and then go after whom ever they can.
4) If there is breaches of the corporations act, then, ASIC should be involved, but that will come out in due course. The Today Tonight piece will get the appropriate traction.
5) They are - AFR has been allover this for some time. Its the reason they ASIC forced the suspension from trading.
