It may be wise to nominate one of you as a spokesperson, and that person get all the relevant details from holders wishing to participate, like name, email, mobile, number of shares (don't do it on here but via email) then that person can approach someone like a Slater and Gordon (for example) and have a brief on what happened, how many shareholders you have considering action, etc etc

You find with these things, if you have just one head person, then it doesn't get so muddled and there is some sort of logical formation.

That person (nominated one) should perhaps have access to skype and maybe conference call facilities so that they can reach all when required.

The nominated person will possibly end up being the lead plaintiff named in a typical class action, a plaintiff sues a defendant or a number of defendants on behalf of a group, or class, of absent parties.
