Interestingly I would be having a serious talk with lawyers around a claim of misleading and deceptive conduct by the directors. The nature of the "sponsorship" arrangement with FC Capital, as a non-lawyer looking in, could be considered to be intentionally created in such a way to try and avoid disclosure to the market. That would allow you to bypass the shell of this company and go after the personal assets of the people in charge at the time.

Note, I'm not making any accusations at all, I am merely discussing elements of law, not their application in this matter nor any of the actions of the directors.
