It seems to me if you guys want the answers that you are looking for you have to make contact with James Shipton from ASIC.

They will be the ones taking the auditors to court.

The way it works is the more people that fill out the misconduct form the great the effect they consider is placed on the investing community and the more they will do about it. As it is not much has been done at this stage.

Its all about the process.
