I have no idea how "the board" could approve that release.
Surely one of them said "hey - this is not exactly correct" and "maybe we should re-think this"

I cannot get my head around how an ASX listed company can release it and not think there will be any repercussions.. What were they actually thinking because there is actually no where for them to hide. It is there in black and white for everyone to see including ASX and ASIC. The board cannot say they didn't release it.

Given there has been no recent detail from the company we are none the wiser. It would be a remarkable comeback from here.
