You are correct I did say that. Looks like I was wrong. Wasn't the first time and won't be the last though i would consider there to be a difference with where this claim is currently at and the concept of a claim "getting up" so to speak.
Apologies if I have poured any scorn on shareholders as that was not my intention. Must have been an accidental scorn pouring.
I just have an interest in the Potash industry and thought people might benefit from my experience with such things and not get there hopes up of a return when one is unlikely IMO.
I'm no lawyer, but I believe the claim needs be further progressed than it currently is before Banton get's a look at the policy so i have not idea how they can have looked at great detail yet but as I said, I hope I'm wrong and shareholders do see a meaningful return.
