What's the key difference between anchorage and people who buy stock at $1, sell it to someone at $5 only for that share price to retreat to 50c 3 years later?
The same amount of information is available at each stage, and a similar end result for each party is experienced
It's hard to see how people are upset with anchorage apart from having been on the wrong side of the a deal that seems perfectly legal
