While you may have received 12c per share it wasn't on a per share basis. I received about 9.5c 'per share' but, while S&G won't reveal the formula, each payout was based on the date at which the share was purchased as well as whether any shares were sold during the period. In my case I made an initial small purchase at $1, then a larger chunk at 70c followed by another at 55c. My weighted average price was 64c and I was able to sell at a profit post the suspension but my compensation covers my opportunity cost - I had expected OZL with 1b in cash to survive without having to sell of Martabe etc and the SP to return to trade in the $2 - $2.5 range (ie $25). I must admit that I'm disappointed how slowly S&G have moved post the court declaration and think that a 'late december' payout is too slow for an action finalised 6 months ago.
