    Hello folks,
    I fail to see how talk could be made of a settlement when all is kept closely under wraps.Is there not going to be anything presented to us unit holders for a say so & acceptance? Aside from this the mentioned sum is far to low to be fair.Also no mention of loss of interest earniings.
