Well all Shareholders, I consider there was a 'lack of duty of care' here in MBN, by the A.S.X.
My reasoning is, that when any Share's Price INCREASES in price by 10% + with high Turnover numbers and Trades the A.S.X., asks questions of the revelant affected Company and in the case of MBN the opposite with a DECLINING Share price from approx. Ten Cents with high Turnover numbers and Trades occurred with NO Questions from the A.S.X..
Also the A.S.X.has (poor) MBN on their Short Selling List.
