class action statement of claim

I know I have sent this before. But it is still relevant.

The Class Action STATEMENT of CLAIM
The Class Action should payout to my calculations the following estimates:-

$400,000,000 originally in MFS Premium Fund
6 Years interest at 9%.(case will finish at end of 2013)

So that would be $400,000,000 * 54% = $616,000,000
Now add the 30% for IMF fees($205 million), that adds up to:- $821 million.

That is $821 Million dollars, that will be paid out.

This seems very reasonable to me, what does everybody think?
Will the small percentage paid out by WC be taken off it?
