Some SH need to get their priorities correct and desist from complaining about court delays. Hope none of you commit an indictable crime in Aussie let alone SI. Our remand centres are full and some people are released after being found guilty due to the time already spent in prison let alone if you are found innocent. Average remand time is well over 12 months for some cases. Here is a copy of decisions made by the SI Court of Appeal in October.
