In order to facilitate the ongoing mediation between the parties in the Noumi/Deloitte Class Action, on 7 May 2024 her Honour Associate Justice Gobbo ordered that the deadline by which settlement was to be reached was to be extended from 3 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.
I assume we are close now to wrapping this up but what would I know? If you can add to it, do tell.
