NetComm's board takes its responsibility in relation to keeping shareholders informed of all material matters in relation to the Scheme of Implementation very seriously. After considering your email, NetComm remains of the view that it is in compliance with both its continuous disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules and under the Corporations Act, in relation to information contained within the Scheme Booklet.
