It was not pitched as a possible scenario. If what you said was true then they should never allude to any figures in any announcement ever. The NA Williams announcement is just then another essentially misleading announcement. PAYG is by definition a low PE business, why everyone is so desperate to pay $500m mkt cap for such a business this early in its life cycle with such a low base of revenue that is utterly unforecastable is something not a single holder has argued with any compelling logic. I don't think any one on this forum who actually owns this stock has ever put forth what their estimate is of CY19 deliveries x their est avg delivery fee to even make a revenue forecast for the company they own.
