They need to because they had an announcement saying how great the contract was. Is nobody concerned that a "multi year exclusive" agreement can be cancelled? They are lying about the multiyear a exclusivity, not to mention the likelihood of revenue.
Myer announced sales were less than anticipated. IE, their previous customer forecasts were wrong. It happens all the time. Only GSW delusional shareholders and board members think otherwise.
