Spot on. If you don't believe that, pull up any articles on GSW other than the AFR series (a series because it seems to go on and on). Compare them. Other articles are not only milder in their use of words, they don't focus exclusively on anything negative. Unbiased articles present both sides with supported facts, including the positives which is that this company so far has exceeded most expectations in the short time since it listed. The AFR only quoted clients who had decided not to go ahead with using GSW's product, there was no mention of those who are happy with it and plan to continue to use it. That's bias by any measure.
