No one has a contract to buy anything from any of the 2 main supermarkets in australia and they continue buying and swapping retailers according to best value and service. Would it be material if 10,000 customers decided to complain and claim they now buying only from.an opposition retailer. Should those complaints by number be referred to ASX because it might be material info ?
Businesses which are growing get and lose customers every day and the first contract or customer is material until the number of customers grows into how many and by what value should they then determine the loss of one small customer be regarded as a material loss of business.
