Businesses which are growing get and lose customers every day and the first contract or customer is material until the number of customers grows into how many and by what value should they then determine the loss of one small customer be regarded as a material loss of business.

Yes but Coles and Woolies aren't reporting to the ASX that they have long term exclusive contracts with their customers.
