Misleading the market is a crime, its a real crime not just a compliance issue with the ASX.
On available information I'm not going to speculate on it as it would breach HC posting guidelines and plus I don't really have enough information to conclude anyway.
DYOR google -(ASIC- Director - Misleading) you decide how serious this could get.
People need to adjust their worst case scenarios as it involves jail time and god knows what happens to the company in that case. I cant tell you what the likelihood of this happening are and to be clear no laws may have been broken and things will get resolved naturally, I'm just pointing out the worst possible outcomes for breaking the law if indeed laws have been broken.
