Thanks Dick Phillips. I was wondering about timing too. I can't imagine that anything coming my way is going to be much in dollars with about 5k shares traded in the period (buy and sell).
There is also a Confidentiality form to send if you want to get access to the Loss Assessment Formula should you want to work out how much you are going to get from the settlement.
