D 25. Wrong. The government incompetence makes the taxpayers of Australia liable. Governments dont have any money. If private people make millions from lock down it will be Australian taxpayers who pay all of it. No one in Government will pay a single cent And dont forget the Lawyers .....poor devils they need a bit now and then.
