For those interested in tracking progress of the class action against Nuix, you can download documents filed with the Supreme Court in Victoria.

Interesting that Daniel Phillips is yet to file his defence. Macquarie and Nuix filed their defences in early November.
Phillips certainly has a lot on his plate also being sued personally by ASIC.
