And as Tareq's post got modded, I think we can assume that BG and the BOD have been doing some views.

This is not a lot of interest.

Perhaps its the weekend and Friday falling a bit flat, long lunches and liquidity of a different sort, maybe its all the under-1,000 share holders who aren't really interested.

But honestly, we need a lot more interest in this to think that we've got any chance at all.

I don't know anything about setting up a class action apart from the very little I've learned on HC over a few years. We would need to raise some funds, do more research, gather and collate data going back at least the 3 years of announcements we have available to us. And then there's seeking a lawyer who is reputable and thorough and prepared to risk a 'no win' result. and then there's the risk that directors don't have directors insurance (Yes BG tell 'em all to cancel their policies).

But by now the BOD will be discussing this scenario - maybe having a chuckle at how few are willing to commit to a class action too.

I'm hoping some more holders will post so it seems its best to wait, as we've been doing with the co., very patiently.

Lets see what Monday/Tuesday brings in terms of holders posting.
