I would respectfully suggest that you have nothing to lose by completing the application - you have got to be in it to win it. I'm sure that Slater & Gordon will put forward a compelling case, and it may be that any proceeds are distributed proportionally over all holders, irrespective of whether you chose to hold or sell out. I previously held AWB shares and received a nice and unexpected payout in July from that scandal (re bribes paid to Saddam Hussein's regime in Iraq)
