I think it is over in regard to VCR but not with ASIC, I still hope a class action is taken against ASIC in regard to regulation of the markets. All I need to do now to close all my loss ends is to send letters to the IPA, my local member, the commonwelth Ombudsman and ASIC to voice my disgust at their total lack of support or help. Any thoughts on any line of action we can take I would love to hear them. I made a submission to the Senate inquiry into the insolvency industry, if you get a minute have a look.
