    My point was that overall these class actions are a net negative for shareholders and the actual directors and ceo's responsible get off scot free.
    If that is justice I dont want anything to do with it.
    The lawyers dont take any risk, they set their fees high enough so that shareholders from successful actions pay for their unsuccessful ones.
