DEX I posted some time ago on what action was taken with regards to OZ Minerals & Oxiana Class Action. The Case Manager is "IMF Australia" (Perth) whom have had 100% success rate as is there policy not to take cases on unless they believe they can win. The prosecuting Lawyers are Maurice Blackburn (Sydney). It would appear that in the case I am part of, that a settlement is imminent, which is good news as it has been going on for over 2 years. I have to stress that the fees are "only on a win basis" & are huge, I would hope Len already has a fall back plan in mind should the DERM's decision go against us.
After reading all of the "un true" articles published you would think that we should be able to blood a few noses.
I personally think if Kingaroy fails we should transport the plant to Traralgon / Morewell /Hazelwood ASAP. With a Victorian Liberal Govt & a reasonably intelligent Premier (Ted Baillieu ) we should be welcomed with open arms as these Power Stations are some of the dirtiest in the World.
