re: class action- what happens to existing share h ppantula - The Administrator has not said whether there will be any assets left after he pays off creditors and employees etc. My understanding is that the only asset that is not for sale at this stage is the engine plant being built in Melbourne but someone will have to come up with the money to finish the construction.

If there are assets left after debts are paid then shareholders might get the chance to refinance the company but at this stage I think the only thing that shareholders have is a tax loss.
