re: class action- what happens to existing share h spoke with the administrator yesterday - he said that creditors may not get $1 for $1 so if that is the case, it is likely share holders recieve f*ck all.
the only option is if someone negotiates with the creditors and gives 90c in the $1 and recapitalises the company.
he did note that he is conscious people would want the tax losses by year end and would therefore make sure it is wound up by then.
