Cerebus- Did the letter arrive out of the blue or did you contact IMF Aust Ltd. A few weeks ago
IMF told me they couldn't get access to ION's shareholder register and I am just wondering if they do now have the list.

IMF also told me that they believe there is a very good chance of recovering some moneys by way of class action because most of ION's creditors are unsecured (and that includes the banks) and therefore there will be several hundred million dollars available to disburse to creditors. IMF argue the High Court have decided that creditors includes shareholders.
