I have asked the same questions many times and it is turning
like I thought, in that nothing will be forthcoming from any legal action or actions now in stream.

I have been told many promises but actual money coming in has not eventuated. The only money coming, has been from WC, so you must say that is where any money will come back from.

You are right, how long can we wait. Well we cannot, and so I am hoping WC can give back another few cents, during the year.

The silence from IMF about our case is very deafening and seems they may have given up hope.

I really in my heart hope, that I am not too pessimistic, and that I will be proven wrong, but as time goes on, I really think the game is up now.

I do know that there is class action hearing again in April, but what that is about I do not know.
