    I found this is the best way.
    Note that you DO NOT and probley should not be fully committed with all the cash you have on hand.

    - avoid greenfields,
    - avoid trading
    - avoid avoid avoid avoid averaging up and down
    - avoid the hype
    - MUST cash profit and keep it as cash or buy a house/unit!
