    I rang IMF Sydney earlier,[0282233567]to try & gleen somelatest info re our class action court case .The latest info sent out was15th december 2011. This Monday& Tuesday21st&22nd the lawyers were back in court.What happened . Need we worry though as I was informed the case is likely to last till mid 2013.Seemingly to say info flowing out by this timetable by 2014 a result will be known.No one knows the correct fee percentage we will be charged ,as this is discused later in the case...
