    So thinking along the lines of what has the highest chance of success......

    WHO will the class action be against?
    1) Former directors?
    2) Current & Former directors?
    3) Wah Nam in regards to how they achieved their holding and their disclosure to shareholders?

    I'm sure this is one of the first questions we will be asked.
