Recived another Top 40 list today and spotted something interesting..
( Comparing 18.04.12 to 27.04.12 )
1)WAH NAM INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED remains unchanged with 48,766,028 shares ( 33.62% )
2)HOLDEX NOMINEES PTY LTD also remains unchanged with 31,347,405 shares ( 21.61% )
3)WAH NAM INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD BARRINGTONS HOUSE has increased their holding by 2,736,511 shares ( 13.45% )
4)WAH NAM INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD have increased their holdings by 9455 shares to 17,184,006 ( 11.85% )
5)CITICORP NOMINEES PTY LIMITED have increased their holding by 92,441 shares (5.71% )
6) JP MORGAN NOMINEES AUSTRALIA LIMITED have increased their holding by 24,249 shares ( 4.25% )
7) HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES have sold 243,889 shares ( 1.99% )
8) HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED - A/C 3 have sold 324,709 shares ( 0.45% )
9)Mr Gee remains unchanged and moves into the #9 position ( need more like him )
10)FORSYTH BARR CUSTODIANS LTD also remain unchanged this time which is also encouraging.
Other notes are that I see
* Goldman Sachs has gained 358,974 shares and come on the list.
* Wayne Richards has only sold 1513 shares since 18.04.12.
* Sadly Freshwater Resources has bailed out completely now ( well out of the Top 40 anyway ) which is a loss of 633,629 shares :/ )
* J P MORGAN NOMINEES AUSTRALIA LIMITED has sold 441,802 shares.
* McNeil Nominees gone selling 315,229 shares.
* ABN AMRO CLEARING SYDNEY NOMINEES PTY LTD have sold 634,533 shares.
* C R SCOTT PROPERTY SERVICES PTY LTD bought a few more...nice!
* UBS NOMINEES PTY LTD has popped up at #36 on the list.
* 423,483 shares sold by those outside of the Top 40.
So obviously the funds have been offloading with most shares just about going towards Wah Nam. What a surprise!
I'm thinking most of the shares they are getting aren't coming from the likes of you and I wanting to become WNI share holders ( Gingo excluded I suppose )
