There has not been any response from a Broker or Analyst to speak on the BRM/WN story to one of the lawyers at this point in time. This is essential to give the story credit from any industry perspective also the lawyers (if there is a case) will need to apply to a litigation company for funding of the legal costs. This is on a "no win/no fee basis otherwise we would need to come up with about $100k to start the wheels in motion. Also the lawyers like to be 99% sure they are going to win.

I have a spoken to a couple of firms at this point in time so there is still a couple of "irons in the fire " so to speak.If you know of any Brokers or analysts that would be prepared to give a brief to one of the lawyers please have them send their contact details to:
