Heard a radio interview regarding the ASIC / Hardies developments last night on my way home from work. The interesting bit was the comment from the ASIC spokesperson who stated something along the lines of "if you're doing the wrong thing as a company, Australians need to know that ASIC will go after them". Pretty bold statement; hopefully they are doing something behind the scenes and preparing a big case against Wah Sham. One can only hope. My mother and continue to hold tight and would be happy to participate in 'remedial action'. I agree that casting doubt on the so called independent valuation would perhaps be the easier than proving some of Wah Shams other indiscretions. Keep the faith Brockmanites!!!
