This would be a good outcome for someone to stall WNI's progress to take out BRM on the cheap. The best form of action would be to force BRM into a trading halt until all matters are resolved to the satisfaction of the minority shareholders. This would stop WNI dead in its tracks and hold thing up for more than they expect or had planned for. Also the true potential of BRM will become self evident as time passes and would add weight to any benefits to current holders.
