I agree about ASIC needing to give something more difinative but I think there is a few things here that will give warrent to possible lawsuit action.

Their forcast for 28m profit 2 months ago. Then halfing it two week later will be looked at I believe. This with what we now know now could be considered extremely misleading and false. Why the accounting fraud was not investigated further and why it was not explained in more detail with in the half yearly results.

Honestly If I knew of accounting fraud, The extent of their exposure to projects in dubai I would have definately thought twice before loading up my shares. I was marginal before these two issues.

I stated a few times that my investment in hastie, I was pleased to hold providing they had "cleaned out their closet" at the last half.
