    I have read a few times lazard making comments pertaining to the fact they are assesing their options which means they are at least considering legal action. As it's point less suing the company assuming they will go after those that put out the prospectus being the auditors.

    It seems lazard and even bill wild was rolled by hastie. Which makes me feel a little bit better (for some reason) that I got rolled. Might try S&L and MB today see where their at.

    PS. I heard the guy who sold watters to Hastie has started his own company and now re employing everyone and taking over the contacts. Its smart because basically he has got the company back without having to pay a cent for it. Also doesn't owe anyone any entitlements.
