    Hi all,

    Just read the ruling from Justice Perram re our class action which was released yesterday.

    From my reading, and would love others to comment,I think they are dropping the action against most of the respondence and focusing all there energys and financial opportunities to the auditors, namely KPMG.

    If this is the case,I would agree with this tactic, as most of the respondence wouldn't have the money to pay out,whereas KPMG, if found guilty, would clearly have the funds and insurance to meet the fines/penalties.

    Have I read this properly?????
