When? Where? Who?
If anyone knows of a Class Action or is looking to establish one please post information here so anyone planning to take part can do so. There seriously has to be a good case here. Interestingly the new CEO stated in his interview with the ABC Sunday Business program that the problem project got out of sync very early on in proceedings. So how was this problem not known about when MAH was freely predicting a 20% rise in profits and issuing performance rights shares? Anyway I'll say no more right now leave it for the court case. If a Class Action is on I'm all in!!!
