Class action is inching its way towards that stage when amended and completed Statement of Claim will be furnished to the Court.
We just need to sweat it out till then.
I think that the amount to be claimed is not set to the denominator of the number of litigants, that is those participating in CA. Me thinks there were some 7,000 at the last count; Charles36 would know, if it is not subject to confidentiality privilege.
I hope it all gets simplified very soon.
An amount of a cool 1 billion was dangled before us at the very beginning.

Hope s'one does have more concrete discoveires on that one.
