to all holders. this is one of the biggest stitch ups i have seen. i took up the rights issue and you cannot tell me that the directors have fully disclosed all material items in the disclosure document.
the debt holder is the same party as the largest shareholder, so he is laughing...they would have known.
patersons should also be looked at.
class action could be a real options here.
if i was a director i would be very nervous!
