however I think there is a bit of a grey area around the info that came out in the December quarterly and the 'transition and permitting issues' at Coolgardie.
While it is fine for them to appear in that quarterly there is the timing around the SD vote.
they would have certainly been known at that time of the vote. I don't remember this being part of the copious documentation coming out at the time. they certainly were not highlighting any operational/planning issues as part of the recommendation to accept.
The question is? Was this information material to the vote? I think it was and we should have been informed. After all, this was a vote to handover a controlling interest.
