How can we start a class action? This is the time, as it is with the Administrators.

Just finished reading MBN’s latest announcement and I would like to request ASX to act upon this absurd outcome on behalf of existing shareholders.

I believe this is the time for ASX to investigate MBN and its “management” (in detail) and escalate your findings to ASIC for further investigation and action.

Under the terms of this new document, existing shareholders end up with 0.01% of the capital, hence robbed of 99.9% of our investment.

I would rather have MBN closed down and delisted based on this absurd result.

Please advise!

Unfortunately, based on the negotiation result, we may expect some tragic events among existing shareholders!
